Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and program payments for participants in GracePointe United Soccer. Please note that this program is a ministry of GracePointe Church and operates in collaboration with Reaching All in Need (RAIN). However, GracePointe Church solely manages all programming, staffing, and volunteer efforts, with RAIN provides consultation.
By enrolling your child in GracePointe United Soccer, you confirm your acknowledgment and agreement to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Non-Refundable Deposit
​
A non-refundable deposit of $45 is required upon enrollment. This deposit includes costs for pre-ordered uniforms, processing fees, and supplies, and secures your child’s placement in the program. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations.

Refund Eligibility and Conditions
Refunds for program fees, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be determined based on the timing of cancellation as follows:

Two weeks or more prior to the program start date: Eligible for a 100% refund of program fees.

One week prior to the program start date: Eligible for a 80% refund of program fees.

On the first week of the program: Eligible for a 40% refund of program fees.

On the second week of the program: Eligible for a 30% refund of program fees.

After the second week of the program: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Financial Aid
If your family receives financial aid for the program, please note that refunds do not apply to any portion of program costs covered by financial aid. Refunds are applicable only to direct payments made by the parent or guardian.

Cancellation Process
To cancel and request a refund, please email your request to info@gpnaz.church. Cancellation requests must be submitted during regular business hours: Monday-Thursday (9 AM - 5 PM) and Sunday (8 AM - 12 PM). Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request.

Acceptance of Terms
By completing your child’s registration for GracePointe United Soccer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. GracePointe Church reserves the right to enforce this policy without exception.

Waiver
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CHECKING THE BOX

This Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement is intended for participants in GracePointe United Soccer, a ministry of GracePointe Church in collaboration with Reaching All in Need (RAIN). While RAIN provides consultation, GracePointe Church is responsible for programming, staffing, and volunteer coordination.

By checking the box in the registration package, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding participation in GracePointe United Soccer activities, events, and training programs.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand and acknowledge that participation in soccer involves inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries (such as cuts, bruises, and strains), major injuries (such as fractures, concussions, and joint injuries), and severe injuries (including paralysis, cardiac events, or even death). These risks may arise from the use of equipment, the actions or negligence of others, environmental factors, or the unavailability of immediate medical care. Despite these risks, I elect to allow myself and/or my child(ren) to participate in GracePointe United Soccer activities.

2. Assumption of Responsibility
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, on behalf of myself and/or my minor child(ren). I accept full responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur while participating in GracePointe United Soccer programs or events.

3. Compliance with Terms and Instructions
I agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and safety instructions established by GracePointe United Soccer staff, volunteers, and venue operators. If I observe any hazard or potentially unsafe condition during participation, I will immediately withdraw myself and/or my child(ren) and report the issue to the appropriate official.

4. Release and Waiver of Liability
On behalf of myself and my minor child(ren), heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, I hereby release, waive, and discharge GracePointe Church, RAIN, their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, volunteers, and affiliates, as well as any event sponsors, owners, or lessors of the premises used for the activities (collectively, “the Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages. This release includes any injury, disability, death, or damage to person or property arising from participation, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Parental/Guardian Consent and Agreement
I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant(s) listed below and that I have the authority to provide this consent. Additionally, I certify that I have read this agreement thoroughly, understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them. I acknowledge that participation in GracePointe United Soccer programs is voluntary and that I am surrendering certain legal rights on behalf of the minor(s) and myself.
By checking the box in the registration package, I give permission for my minor child(ren) to participate in GracePointe United Soccer activities and agree to the terms outlined herein.
